THE BRIEF

Working closely with Inglestone Construction Management, Zefyr were appointed the task of providing Turret Louvres to ventilate the car park to the new student accommodation building in Southend on Sea.

The completed project provides a brand new, modern environment for students to live in whilst studying at the University of Essex at Southend On Sea.

THE TURRET LOUVRES

The turret louvres are fitted with high performance blades to maximise their efficiency and have structural framing to support integrated planter / roofs.

To compliment the louvres Zefyr  also supplied architectural cladding panels for the extensive array of planters around the site.

All of the materials for the cladding and Turret Louvres were manufactured and delivered within 1 week of each order placed by Inglestone Construction.

WHAT INGLESTONE HAD TO SAY

Colin McMullan, Inglestone Construction Managing Director said “Thank you for Zefyr’s contribution towards the successful completion of the Student Accommodation, London Road, Southend on Sea project within a challenging time scale. We are grateful for your technical support and speed with which variations were dealt with. We would highly recommend your services, and would welcome working with you in the future”.
